The amazing lights in Tanner Goods space were made by local interior designer Casey of k.i.d. collective. I want/need these!
Original render of Weave Building
This Weave building was initially proposed as a 27-story, mixed-use tower in 2008, was further downsized to a 10-story, 50,000-square-foot office tower with ground-floor retail in 2009, and has since, because of struggles to secure financing and tenants, become the Blackbox building, an adaptive re-use of the existing 10,000-square-foot building. I took a closer look today at some of the five retail stores and second floor of office space. These stores were totally my style and had some cool wares for sale: mostly menswear clothing, tools and gadgets. I'm kind of happy that it didn't become a tall tower because I really feel like it's rocking a nice balance right now though the weave is very nice design.
